When does my order ship?

Processing time for shipping is 3-5 days.

Which shipping service do you use?

Currently, we ship through USPS. After your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number that you can use to track your package using USPS.com 

My order says ship but I can't track it on USPS, what now?

After you receive your tracking number please allow up to 48 hours for USPS to update your tracking number. In the event it has been longer than 48 hours, please reach out to USPS.

On USPS website it says there's been a delay, what does that mean?

After your order has left our shipping warehouse, we do not have control over the shipper delays. Please keep in mind there may be weather constraints, transportation issues etc. that could cause delays. usually, USPS will have the reason for any delays posted on the USPS website
